Therapy is an investment in meaningful, lasting change. My practice is intentionally focused and relational, allowing for depth, consistency, and individualized care. The fee reflects specialized training, clinical experience, and the level of attention I bring to each client’s work. A limited number of reduced-fee appointments are available based on financial need. Please inquire about current availability.
Session Fees
Individual Therapy (50 minutes): $300
Couples Therapy (50 minutes): $325
Sessions are 50 minutes in length and are held weekly unless otherwise discussed.
Payment is due at the time of each session. I accept Visa, Mastercard, check, and cash. Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) are also accepted.
Insurance
I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly.
Upon request, I provide monthly superbills that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Many clients receive partial reimbursement depending on their out-of-network mental health benefits.
If you are considering using out-of-network benefits, I recommend contacting your insurance provider and asking:
- Do I have out-of-network mental health coverage?
- What is my deductible?
- What percentage of the fee is reimbursed?
- Is there a session limit per year?

Cancellations
Your session time is reserved specifically for you. Because of this, cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are charged the full session fee. I understand that emergencies happen, and we can always discuss unexpected circumstances.
